Most projects run between 4 and 16 weeks depending on scope. We break every project into milestones, each with a defined deliverable and review period. You get a timeline in writing before any work begins.
We invoice at the start of each milestone, and the next milestone does not begin until the current one is approved and paid. This protects both sides: you never pay for work that is not yet reviewed, and we never continue building on an unapproved base.
Pricing
Yes. Our M-Pesa Paybill number is 4461660. Use your invoice number as the account reference.
Services
You do. We transfer full ownership of all code, assets, and documentation we produced for your project. There are no licensing fees, no lock-in, and no ongoing royalties.
We offer ongoing support and maintenance arrangements. Most clients retain us after launch for bug fixes, feature additions, and hosting support. We do not disappear after delivery.
Force HRM
Yes. Force HRM is built around Kenyan statutory compliance: PAYE, NSSF, SHIF (formerly NHIF), HELB, and AHL are all calculated automatically using the current rates. The system uses configurable rate tables so that statutory updates do not require a code deployment.
They do not need to do anything. When courts or Parliament change NSSF contribution rates, we update the rate tables in the admin. Your next payroll run uses the updated rates automatically. The ongoing NSSF legal uncertainty is exactly the operational risk Force HRM absorbs for its customers.
