Our Story
We started as Vapor Designs in 2016 and incorporated as Vapor Technologies Ltd. Steve Nyanumba founded the company with a practical goal: build software that solves real problems for Kenyan and African businesses.
We are based in Nairobi, Kenya. Our office is at 9 Kabarsiran Ave, Lavington, Nairobi. We build software for Kenyan and African businesses, with the capacity to serve international clients.
What started as a solo practice has grown into a team of senior software developers who build in Laravel, Livewire, React, and mobile frameworks. We understand the constraints and priorities of businesses in our market, and our solutions are designed to be practical, maintainable, and cost-effective.

Steve Nyanumba, Founder & CEO
Steve Nyanumba founded Vapor Technologies in 2016. He studied BBIT at Strathmore University, builds in Laravel and Livewire, and runs the Nyanumba Codes developer education channel on YouTube. Every client engagement goes through him directly, from scoping through to delivery.
